Wellstone may have been the last one. The Senate is more moderate than congress as a whole. In congress however, there are the terrible corrupt hardliners like Delay running things now, and a few Kucinich types on the far left. The whole neocon movment needs to go. It's a very radical movement and somehow it's hijacked the GOP and most of our government. If not for a few honest conservatives like McCain we'd be even deeper in the hole and even more corporate handouts and pork would have been plundered.
