didnt mean heavy ngas, meant heavily loaded with ngas
dunno any particular
but China could use some reserves USTBonds and purchase an entire company with reserves
they would not purchase a country
but rather a company which owns property loaded with ngas

or copper
or silver
etc

this will be a later development in the pursuit of commodity resources
