Bush flip-flopped on steel tariffs. Yes, thanks to the jobless Bush economy maybe we do need some tough bargaining with world trading partners. Tariffs as a last resort only. Things have changed since Bush took office. Jobs have hemmoraged out of this country even with record deficit spending and a 35% weaker dollar. Clearly we need to start running a tight ship.
