We've already had a trade war, over bras. Remember that? And Bush has tariffed steel. Niether of these resulting in the US being sued by the WTO, although the poor planning by the Bush administration resulted in a number of angry US vendors.

Its hard to say what the WTO would do with this undervalued Yuan situation. But to just sit there and lose your entire manufacturing base over an obviously obsolete treaty is pretty stupid, particularly when all of the world is relying on US buying power. We are in the drivers seat, not China or the WTO. I think the rust belt states are sick of these BushCo excuses and want action. We'll see what the results are in November.

I want the Yuan floated. <- is that clear? If this violates "international law" then whoopie doo. The chinese violate "international law" all the time. And nobody gives a hoot.
