Does WTO prohibit California State Tax Franchise Board from collecting their dues in taxes from entities in China that have stolen California intellectual property?

Maybe our tax officials will have more guts than our so-called govt leaders, who look the other way when USA intellectual property is stolen right and left. There are 600 cases of IP theft per year by Chinese citizens, stolen from West Coast companies alone.

It's completely beyond the pale that China doesn't even have the grace to admit the out-of-control IP theft problems they have over there. If they simply admitted it, as a first step, a lot of goodwill would be created.

But they hide the IP theft problem, just like they hid SARS. I'm a hardcore Democrat and it is absolutely not appropriate to allow this to continue. So, to be perfectly clear, do you want China to keep violating international law, or not?
