My oh my, you are an impatient one are you not? Check out Japan and Germany after WWII. How many YEARS did it take to get them their OWN GOVERNMENT after the war. Those were countries that had basically a single population etc etc. IMHO we are moving AT LIGHT SPEED in Iraq. All reports that are coming back from OTHER then media reporters, is that Iraq is coming along very nicely. Infrastructure now BETTER then when Saddam was in power, people are arguing PEACEABLE about their govt. Isnt that what Democracy is all about? You are mistaken about popular support. The ONLY support they get from the vast population is that Muslim thing about not turning a fellow Muslim over to an infidel. Now that their OWN police are beginning to take over that will change rapidly. jdn
