Comments/Questions on GERN

Anyone have any predictions? The company won't be able to release any new information for quite some time. Anyone have any predictions as to when the GERN sell-off will occur?

My guess is it'll drop a point or two going into the end of the day (keeping a good gain for the day) and tomorrow/wed should have a pretty sizeable sell-off. This is only because there isn't any real news the company can release.

With regards to a buy-out, and in bringing the issue that people at MIT have done the same thing tells me that a buy-out isn't likely.

What is probably more likely is that GERN will be a good target for head hunters to grab some people for the larger companies.

There is also the issue of one of the scientists being involved at the University of Colorado. It has been my experience that universities will not generally allow professors who have used their resources to walk away with explosive new research. The University of Colorado will fight with every breath for a 50-70% interest in anything potential in the long term. There are numerous cases to show this to be true.

It really seems to me that a couple very intelligent individuals did some miraculous work in their field (which other people have been doing as well) and wrote an article on it. This article somehow got publicized in the investment community which led to our current situation.

The commercial implications/questions for GERN are tough:

- Do they even have the rights to the discovery? Univ/Colorado
won't be nice about this.

- Can they turn it into a product?

- If they can turn it into a product, when will they? Not
for a long time.

Cheers!

Kyle..
