TR left the republican party to run as a bull mooser. McCain reminds me alot of TR. Do I think its likely? No, but it seems that kerry may need some help on both flanks--one to offset nader and one to offset the bush charges which seem to be sticking. McCain in a strange way might be able to stem the tide to bush and nader because he is so universally well respected by most folks in both parties. Bush/McCain would also be a positive. mike
