did he volunteer for a combat role? I haven't come across that yet. I wondered how he got to those boats. He sure got out of there in a hurry and out of the service. I have no problem with his war record, he did serve the military and not run to Canada or protest. I wonder what he has done with his life since he left the military. What contributions did he make to the public as a senator from Mass. Does he work hard in congress or is he absentee, around when Ted says we need you here for a vote. His record is not one that stands out to get you excited and say that man should run for President.
