Clinton 2000 was probably inclined to be more aggressive with terrorists than pre-9/11 bush. When the mideast peace deal fell thru he blasted arafat. 9/11 changed everything for bush. And the truth is Clintons presidential experience makes him more inclined to be a tough guy with al quada. Occasionally you will hear this in his speeches. Unfortunately this doesnt play well in the democrat party. mike
