I'm giving up on AQQ. While insider buying has continued, so have the real estate losses. From my perspective, one either goes along with the insiders who believe they can turn their real estate investments into profits for themselves (as stockholders), or one does not own the stock.

I've just lost patience, even though I knew then and now too, that going into this turnaround might take several years. I don't understand the real estate market in Houston (where many properties have been bought), and I'm not knowledgeable or confident of that market.

I'm guessing I might do better deploying funds elsewhere, so I'll just take my losses and step aside from AQQ, at least for a while.
