"The honorable discharge alone does not prove that Bush served his time." could you explain this further. kerry got out early, and got an honorable discharge i expect he served his time as far as the armed services were concerned. I just looked up my discharge.. "This certificate is awarded as a testimomial of the Honest and Faithful Service" seems to me honest and faithful service and discharge means I completed serving my time.
