ITALY HALTED BY CHINA AND INDIA, INNOVATION IS KEY - INDUSTRY
(AGI) - Rome, Italy, March 17 - Italian industrial production must specialise in innovative sectors in order to face competition from Asian countries. "Italy has had to compete with big countries which were not on the international market before, and which have a type of production that is similar to ours. We cannot pretend that things would not have changed when giants such as China and India came on the market," he said. Because of this, Italy must develop its innovative sector. "The policy of incentives that is up to my ministry will be more and more aimed at awarding innovative projects," he said. (AGI) .
