TP, Once again, this is a prescription for fighting crime, not waging a war. Call it what you want, but if we followed your doctrine, the Taliban would still be around harboring bin Laden because no amount of intelligence or law enforcement is going to kick them out. Anyway, it's all good to increase intelligence and law enforcement, but they aren't enough unless they turn into the same Big Brother system that you criticize the Bush administration of pursuing. So what else would you do? Give the terrorists what they want? Or take a strong stand against terrorism in general? Tenchusatsu
