It was said today that Kerry is not a statesmen. He blew his opportunity in not calling on the new Spanish government to continue to work with us. A diplomat would never have mentioned or made up the statement in the first place. If the Bushies think that they can get Kerry to disclose names of countries, they they are stupid. Kerry has some diplomatic sense not to disclose names
