The war on terror has been VERY effective in the short time it has been waged....progress is being made at minimal cost in US lives....and Bush has provided steady and effective leadership.....not perfect....but damn good..... You see nothing but negatives because you are a Bush hating moron......I see the successes and some things we can do better....but I'm not stupid enough to say its been a war which has been waged ineffectively in light of the tangible progress.....Madrid is a comment on the Spanish.....and on the nature of the threat the world faces..not the US and not Bush's leadership....
