Bush's war on terror, which is really a war on Iraq, will be shown to be ineffective in stopping terror. Madrid is the harbinger of what's to come. London is probably next...then the US will be hit again. Soft targets cannot be protected. And military might in Iraq, while getting Saddam, does nothing about the terror cells around the world.
