Now we know what Howard Dean has chosen to do with his life; he is the new spokesman for Al Kiada.

According to Dean and al-Qaida, the war in Iraq sparked the mass murder in Spain. To back up his claim, the ex-guv cited a most dubious authority: a claim of blame on a videotrape attributed to al-Qaida.

"That was what they said in the tape," Dean said. "They made that connection. I'm simply repeating it."
