North American Gem, Hackls amend Crayfish agreement North American Gem Inc NAG Shares issued 15,790,327 Mar 15 close $0.10 Wed 17 Mar 2004 Property Agreement Further to the bulletin dated Dec. 19, 2002, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an amendment agreement dated Aug. 19, 2003, between North American Gem, and Joe Hackl and Jory Hackl, together as vendors, which amends the terms of an option agreement dated July 27, 2001, as amended July 24, 2002. Under the amended terms, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 65 contiguous claim units located in the upper Shebandowan Lake area of Ontario, known as the Crayfish property, for total cash payments of $125,000 to be paid in stages on or before Aug. 21, 2005 ($60,000 paid) and 200,000 shares to be issued in stages on or before Aug. 21, 2005 (100,000 due on TSX-V acceptance).
