Del, I suspect this news has been a long time coming. Do you wonder if ECD could have publically announced earlier that they were working with Lockheed? And notice this wording: "today announced that it has been awarded a contract"... which makes me wonder when was the contract actually awarded? The timing of this release one day before the SHM was not a coincidence IMO. They know the natives are restless. Regards, Al
