The rally today was about as close to a textbook dead cat as I have seen. The relative volume vs last week was awful (see QQQ and especially SMH). The action on some of the high beta tech stocks like KLAC was surprisingly lame. Great short entry today IMO. Might have another 100-200 points on the $DOW but that is splitting hairs at this point. Gold stocks need some action tomorrow. Nice volume there today and we are close to some breaks on the dailies on a few stocks.
