Given the overall sentiment towards the economy and tech these days (bad, especially on jobs and capex), this from John Chambers seemed almost upbeat to me. Its so slow probably nobody notices but it is better than going backward which is what was happening for a while. Linux for my area had 367 jobs last week and now 380.
