Kerry's biggest complaint of Bush on the war on terror is that fireman and police do not get more federal money for first responders in a terrorist attack.

What Kerry does not seem to realize is that after the attack it is too late.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Attacking the terrorists is an ounce of prevention.

Better firetrucks is a pound of cure.

If the fireman at the WTC had the best tools available it would not have kept the WTC from collapsing. It may have saved a bunch of fireman, but the attack would still have been a disaster.

Hillary has been making the same criticism. But, it sounds more like people wanting to spend tax money for pork barrel projects.

Kerry and Hillary are not ounce of prevention people.
