One thing I've noticed about the Republicans is the way they attack on a personal basis. They always try to twist the truth into a question of "moral character" - then the smearing starts. I agree that Kerry has to keep to the issues and hammer away at that. To my mind Bush is a disaster - his record on the economy especially reeks bad! He's a wind up doll on the tax cut issue. "Tax cuts are creating jobs, tax cuts are making the economy stronger" etc etc. But the tax cuts and the basic neocon jive have done nothing but balloon the deficit and make the US weaker! Bush will leave behind a weaker, worse than when he took over, USA IMO.
