If it was clear Bush had "lied" he would have been impeached already...however.....that is "NOT" clear.....what is "clear" is that Bush believed along with two prior Administrations, numerous foreign govts. and every other major intel service on the planet that Saddam had WMD and given his history of aggression, Bush was unwilling to take a risk he might actually use them or give them to someone who would.....

That is clear....and in view of 9/11, US action was warranted...
