The SanDisk Reduced Sized MultiMediaCard comes in 32, 64 and 128 megabyte capacities, and is projected to ship in the second quarter of this year. OEM pricing will range from $14.50 for the 32MB card to $40 for the 128MB card, in volume.

Looks like RS-MMC is definitely cheaper than mini-SD. I wish the industry had standardized on mini-SD but I guess this isnt really much of a surprise.

FWIW, I've been tracking the 64MB mini-SD card for sale on Amazon Japan since December. It was in the number 1 spot for electronics sale consistently until about two weeks ago when they raised the price from 2760 yen to 3740 yen. Since then it has hovered around 10th.
