I am not in a position to debate the history of the ETA. I merely note that the ETA persists. I have no objection to undermining support by appealing to moderate Basques, by the way.

Morocco cooperates with us. There is no reason whatsoever to invade.

I agree that Zapatero is not a total loss, if he means what he says. Otherwise, I think it is a mistake to respond to an attack like that.
