It is my evidence, and my viewpoint, which is as valid as yours.

I know many excellent people that have lost their jobs, while less skilled and experienced people remain at the same company.

Luck has much to do with some of it. Everyone that is successful depends on luck to some degree - including myself, and including you and your husband.

I think we've said enough on this issue for now.
