Not only will there be a rise in interest rates, but an increase in service fees, more taxes on gas. The states will have to fill the federal void by raising taxes. The mindless rightwingers will blame the left when state taxes skyrocket. Let's look at rw governor Arnold. He's busy implementing the very laws and taxes for which Davis was voted out of office.
