GW was on vacation when he warned about 9-11 type attacks on 8-6-01. He took the entire month of August off. He takes more vacations than anyone since Reagan and also spends 20% of his time fundraising with fat cat cronies at tax-payer expense. Another big part of his time is spent doing photo ops like the one today in front of the troops. I notice he has his cool flight jacket back on. Apparently, he likes to play dress up.
