When I was in college I caught a ride home with a couple of guys who commuted in a GTO, Pontiac Version of the 442. Another college kid passes us in a GTO. Now it begins on Route 66. 4 lane highway and we wind up side by side. I'm in the back so I get a clear look at the speedometer. Past the 120, across the brake light and back to 0. Had to be doing 140, topped a hill and a semi was pulling back onto the road. Got home and changed underwear.
