Russia is rearming because they don't trust Bush. North Korea was bad enough to begin with but Bush made them even more dangerous by playing to their paranoia. Maybe the same in Iran. The Spanish leader just rebuffed Kerry for asking that he not withdraw from Iraq. Poland is also pulling out. Italy may be next then Tony Blair will be the last Bushie ally standing.
