You've heard far too many Kerry campaign speeches. Your post reminds me of his habit of trying to have everything both ways. When he gets back on campaign trail, I'm sure he'll waffle as usual on the liberal insistence that al Qaida had absolutely no connection to Iraq.

I'm sure al Qaida would have avoided taking credit for Spanish massacre, if they realized that it would have helped elect John Kerry.
