Blair will be left but he will have pulled out all his remaining hair by then. Russia is becoming a dictatorship with an increasing cache of arms. Considering how Bush is treating Pakistan, the worst nuclear proliferator since us, the trick to being a dictator is HAVING LOTS of nuclear arms. Otherwise you get to be Saddam in a hole in the ground instead of being in multilateral discussions about perhaps maybe couldya exchange nuclear arms for lots of money and trade? Saddam's big blunder was not having nuclear arms. That and being a murderous thug didn't help much either.
