I'm watching Wolfowitz on Lehrer. He's saying that every time AQ has had a big tactical victory it has turned out into a strategic disaster for them and that he thinks that the Spain attack backfire, too.

He also said that he expects Zapatero to be persuaded to keep troops in Iraq. He said it with much more nuance than that, but that was the gist of it.
