the market was bushed in 01/02 and its happening again in 04 (it looks like). The white house put forth some phony GDP numbers in 03 which caused a series of false rallies I believe. Anyway Dean was not on the scene for the miserable 2002 market Bushing, so no sense blaming the malaise on him.
