The interesting thing is that the Saudis are awarding contracts to non US companies. They're making nice with the Russians, the Chinese, etc. etc. Hmmm. What are they concerned about? That the US will go into biz in Iraq and do what with SA? Those 8 MPG Humvees (armored or not) need a lot of fossil fuel.
