I posted a reminder (#reply-19932254) of the rules regarding spam to James after the infraction was reported to me. It conforms to the TOU and what Bob has said on many occasions. And, I did so after noting that he had engaged in multiple instances of spam over the past couple of days. All of which is more than obvious to anyone who felt the need or cared enough to look.

Of course not, as the users on all sides of the political spectrum who have received reminders, warnings and suspensions can attest. Nobody has been or will be sanctioned based on their political, religious, bullish, or bearish preferences. Nor do I intend to put up with any more of your repeated badgering and inaccurate portrayals of what I am doing or your baseless, self-serving conjectures of my motivations. I have more important things to do than engage in your petty games; we've covered this ground more than enough.
