Correct, Bushie oil interests wanted Iraq all along.
It just had a glancing relationship to the war on terrorism. Bushies jumped on Iraq after 9-11, pulling troops away from Al Qaida. Why? Makes no sense except that the fix was in. This was their chance to grab the fields and maybe come out looking like heros. Plus Saddam was an "easy" target to sell to the US people after 9-11. Easy until the facts came out.
