no authority to approve/disaprove of the form on any countries government Are you being deliberately obtuse, or are you genuinely clueless? It's not about the election, Kumar. It's about capitulation to terrorist demands. If the new Spanish government is inclined to give in to the demands of terrorists, then it's not in our best interest to let the Spanish military have access to the military secrets that we only share with allies. I don't think we'll totally break with Spain but it will go into a different category than ally.
