You got that backwards, pal.
SCKT had its boom, then dived for good.
NVEC had its boom, and now it's on its way down.
Like SCKT, NVEC will reach single digits, and stay there. You need to learn when the party is over. For SCKT, it is over. The chairs are up, the staff left long ago, and you are sitting around in the dark with a party hat on, shouting "whoopee!" and hoping others will join in.

Irrelevant. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are now BUILT IN to devices -- SCKT not needed. As long as SCKT sells standards-based commodity items, it will have this problem over and over. SCKT is a lousy idea for a profitable company, which the market figured out.

SCKT is a puny company with fewer employees than Sandisk has receptionists. Sandisk has more GARDENERS for the company grounds than stupid SCKT has employees. The only 'space' here is between the stars in your eyes.
