I don't recall this at all. So let us see the "many" posts, Kenneth. I doubt that you will because, as is typical of you and leftists generally, you quite likely are lying.

I recall some people here explaining how oil could help offset Iraq's reconstruction costs, but I don't recall anyone saying it would completely finance it. Iraq is yet being rebuilt. It takes time to rebuild a nation, especially in the face of savages. The oil may yet be put to use.
