Shack, as you said the SPX looks very bearish. Could be in a sharp correction or the beginnings of an impulsive down. I think it is very possible that the $RUT is in the same pattern. While the last 3 months look flattish, it did put in a new high and proceeded to fall right out of the channel in the daily. Add bearish divergences of RSI and MACD, and it does not look very bullish to me.

Appreciate any additional comments on the $RUT. Hope you can see chart markings.
