Saddam had 12 years to make special preparations for moving his WMD. He had over a year to prepare for this particular attack against Iraq. During that time, Rumsfeld flatly described where he thought some of the weapons were.

Ask yourself if, given the same circumstances and information as Saddam, if you would allow your weapons to simply remain where they are. Of course you wouldn't. You would move them.

Everyone knows he had the weapons. That is not the issue. The issue concerns whether he has destroyed them as he agreed to do, and finding proof of the destruction. Merely because we have not found the weapons in Iraq, the left wishes to assume Saddam was telling the truth all along - which is illogical and profoundly dangerous when the issue concerns WMD.

Bush was right all along to attack Iraq. We needed to enter the country to verify the status of the WMD. Saddam refused to allow this, even after promising to do so. Now we are there and are freely doing what we wished to do. Saddam could have avoided this simply by fulfilling his obligations to the world.
