When Lisa Johnson saw a man exposing himself to her in a parking lot, she reached for her cell phone — not to call 911, but to snap a picture.

I can just imagine a new trend in press conferences. The top cop steps up to the podium and announces that he will show several images of what the culprit will look like if he changes his hair, beard, mustache, etc.

He adds, "Take a good look at this part of the picture because that's one body part we're reasonably certain he won't be altering."

A woman in the press corps quietly quips, "He would if he could, and I'm not talking about a disguise."
