LEGAL PROCEEDINGS - DURO - TTRIF On June 25, 2003 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia the Honourable Mr. Justice Groberman required Thermo Tech to post, $170,000 CDN into court by July 25, 2003 as securities for cost towards all the defendants costs. To date no security has been placed into court and as of July 25, 2003 the proceedings are stayed. On January 31, 2004 a settlement agreement was reached in this lawsuit. The settlement is scheduled to close on March 19, 2004 and the Company will be released from all liability in this matter.
