The law prohibits discrimination against federal employees or job applicants on the basis of off-duty conduct that does not affect job performance.

Because homosexuality is fundamentally and patently foreign to human nature, humans have a natural right to reject it. Look into the mirror. You see a logical pattern staring back at you the identity of which is built of exactly one man and exactly one woman. This identity is human and it applies to all who posses the essential pattern that is staring at you. Now then, you have a right to go out and act like a dog, eating feces and whatnot, but you have no right in nature to force anyone to accept your behavior as naturally human. Forcing others to accept humanly contrary behavior can itself negatively affect job performance. Should you and I, for example, be members of the federal army and I find you are a homosexual, I will certainly not wish to bond to you as a brother. I will not wish to share communal facilities with you and I would not wish to run even the slightest risk of having to share your blood in any way. This view is very common amongst men and very natural because no man is constructed of the scheme that you claim defines you and that in fact defines no one. These facts alone are enough to discriminate against you. But, of course you will do as you please – and destroy the country.

It has long been understood that a good employee doing his or her job well could not be fired simply because their supervisor doesn't personally like gays any more than because the supervisor doesn't like, say, Hispanics, or males, or people who are of a different religion than the supervisor.

All people have all of the attributes of Hispanics. All people, even the whitest have the attribute of “browness” to some extent. There is no natural partition between Hispanics and other people groups. All people are one interbreeding genetic Being – we call it Humanity. All are comprised of the fundamental identity of “male-female”. So to discriminate against Hispanics and males (as groups) is to literally discriminate against ourselves. For this reason it is against nature to discriminate against Hispanics and males. Contrariwise, no human anywhere at no time is or has been comprised of the fundamental identity of “male-maleness”. Nature has obviously constructed a partition between humanity and this scheme, proving that it is fundamentally non-human. For this reason, we may discriminate against it by nature.

Religion is quite another matter because it does not fundamentally define human nature at all. It is a cultural trait. We can naturally discriminate against it and we certainly do it, despite our claim that we do not. Our laws against religious discrimination are unnatural and they do not work. The very minute we declare it “wrong” to pray in public, we discriminate against religion. And this is acceptable. People have the natural right to assemble and associate based upon beliefs and culture. While it is unnatural to discriminate against Hispanics (as a group), it is completely permissible to discriminate against Hispanic culture, religion, if that culture has attributes that we as an association do not prefer or that we find distasteful or contrary to human identity.

Because federal employees are working for us and being paid with our taxes, you should object to criteria that are essentially religious in nature

That is false. If the agreed upon nature of the federal association permits freedom of religion (as does the American association), then religious criteria can certainly be permitted without any natural infraction at all. We can certainly discriminate against religion, but we do not have to discriminate against all religion. We can even do this anyway.

Because federal employees are working for us and being paid with our taxes, you should object to criteria that are essentially…unconnected to job performance

Well, the mere presence of one who, like homosexuals, claim to be fundamentally defined by behavior that is in fact a perversion of what humans are in nature, will in many cases affect job performance. So this tidbit here gives us no reason to accept homosexuality. Homosexuality is a logical perversion of humanity. Just look in the mirror. We can literally find your father’s identity in your DNA. His identity is in you – your mother’s as well. That fundamental marriage is you by definition. It is all of us. Homosexuality is not. It is foreign to us.

Because federal employees are working for us and being paid with our taxes, you should object to criteria that are essentially…unconnected to…law-abidingness

Human law ultimately aims to reflect and promote the fundamental nature of the humans who fall under it. Homosexuality is logically contrary to the law of human nature. So where it exists, law-abidingness does not. If a law exists permitting it, that law itself is contrary to what we are in nature. Law-abidingness still does not exist.

Because federal employees are working for us and being paid with our taxes, you should object to criteria that are essentially…unconnected to… courtesy to other employees and the public…

Where homosexuality exists, a claim that humanity is perverse also exists. Forcing that claim upon others is by no means courteous.

Because federal employees are working for us and being paid with our taxes, you should object to criteria that are essentially…unconnected to…trustworthiness, reliability etc,

If homosexuals cannot acknowledge and accept even the most obvious and basic truth of what they and all humans are in nature, they present no reason why any self-aware being should trust them. You see, they view the world through a perverse self-image – one that is clearly false. They actually think they can “marry,” when the real nature of marriage sits in their own DNA. Fundamentally, this is no rational basis upon which to built trust and reliability.

Because federal employees are working for us and being paid with our taxes, you should object to criteria that are essentially… being used to fire people who are giving us value for money.

And here we finally come to the truth that drives everything in America – money. What you argue here is that since homosexuals are making us money, we should abandon moral value and accept their perversity. Only money really matters. Very well then. The country is destroyed. Enjoy.
