I don't know how OBL and Zawahiri see Bush, other than as the infidel leader of the Great Satan, which goes without saying. From all the evidence I have seen about OBL, he's quite clueless about how America actually works.

This is not surprising as you see it in all the Arab countries to some extent. The workings of democracy are so foreign to them that they are thrown back on conspiracy theories to explain what, to our eyes, are normal electoral setbacks and compromises.
