The fly in that ointment is that U 238 dust has a half life of 4.5 Billion years. Making the sandstorms of Iraq's winters toxic from here to eternity.

It appears to me that the permanent de-population of the region is on some minds. Between the efforts to create the Southeast Anatolian Project, Syria's irrigation needs and other lusting eyes looking at Iraq's rivers, we also have the current obscenity that Bechtel is privatizing the water in the rivers and claiming it as its own asset.
