The last time I talked to NTII directly (prior to the management changes), they said they preferred a partnership as opposed to another stock offering. Have you heard anything that would indicate a change to that position? You may be right about the Phase II trial for Xerecept, but they seem to be in dire need of funds already. They appear to only have a couple quarters worth of cash with the current trials. As far as rumors, I haven't heard any, nor am likely to - I'm always the last to know that kind of info. (-:
